Terms & Conditions – MATÍ Concept

1.1 These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to purchases made through the online store operated by Akari Homes OÜ via maticoncept.com.

1.2 The online store is operated by Akari Homes OÜ, registry code 17101113, Estonia.

1.3 These Terms apply to all customers purchasing products from the online store, including international customers.

2.1 Product prices are displayed next to each product and are shown in euros (€) unless stated otherwise.

2.2 Delivery fees are added to the order total and depend on the customer’s location and selected delivery method. Shipping costs are displayed during checkout before payment confirmation.

2.3 We make reasonable efforts to ensure that all product descriptions, images, dimensions, and prices are accurate. However, slight variations in color, texture, or appearance may occur due to screen settings or the handmade nature of certain products.

3.1 To place an order, add the desired products to the shopping cart and proceed to checkout.

3.2 The customer must provide accurate and complete information required for processing the order.

3.3 Before confirming the purchase, the customer will see the full order summary, including product prices, shipping costs, taxes (if applicable), and payment method.

3.4 Payments are processed securely through trusted payment providers:
Montonio – local bank payments and regional payment methods;
Adyen – international card payments and digital wallets such as Apple Pay and Google Pay.

3.5 Akari Homes OÜ does not store customer payment details.

4.2 Payment is made in a secure environment according to the selected payment method.

4.3 The sales contract enters into force once payment has been successfully received.

5.1 Delivery options may include parcel lockers, courier services, freight delivery, and other shipping methods depending on the destination country and product type.

5.2 Estimated delivery times:

• Estonia: typically 3-7 business days;

• International orders: delivery times vary depending on destination and product availability.

5.3 Certain made-to-order or custom products may require longer production and delivery times. Estimated lead times are displayed on the product page whenever applicable.

5.4 If an ordered product cannot be delivered due to unforeseen circumstances or stock unavailability, the customer will be informed as soon as possible and refunded no later than 14 days after notification.

6.1 Consumers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws within the European Union.

6.2 Returned products must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging where reasonably possible.

6.3 Certain products may not be eligible for return due to their nature, including:
• custom-made or made-to-order products;
• personalized items;
• products unsuitable for return for hygiene reasons once opened or used.

7.1 Akari Homes OÜ is responsible for ensuring that products conform to the contract and applicable legal requirements.

7.2 Customers must notify the seller of any defect or issue within a reasonable period after discovering the defect.

• supporting photos if applicable.

7.4 The seller is not responsible for damage caused by improper use, normal wear and tear, or failure to follow care instructions.

9.1 Akari Homes OÜ reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time by publishing the updated version on the website.

9.2 The Terms valid at the time of placing the order apply to the respective purchase.

10.1 These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia and applicable European Union legislation.

10.2 The parties will attempt to resolve disputes through negotiations.

10.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved amicably, the customer may contact the competent consumer protection authority or submit the dispute to the Harju County Court in Estonia.
