Visual art has been his companion intermittently throughout his life. He has been most captivated by the black-and-white language of expression. In recent years, ink pen drawings have become his favorite. His works are characterized by a dance between detail and abstraction, finding expression in the interplay of light and shadow, darkness and light, and the intertwining of angular and rounded structures. Although realistic, his works possess a magical and dramatic undertone, while avoiding the overly grotesque.
Inspiration is drawn from the wandering of the spirit and simple moments experienced in nature.
